Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Securing Your Appointment

All bookings scheduled for one full day or longer require a deposit to formally secure your time slot. No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received by MDL Car Care.

2. Deposit Requirements

The deposit amount is calculated based on the total value of your chosen package, with a minimum requirement of 10%. This ensures that both your vehicle’s slot and the necessary premium materials are reserved specifically for your project.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Non-Refundable: All deposits are non-refundable.

• Transferable: We understand that plans change. Your deposit may be transferred to a future date, provided that a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given.

• Late Cancellations: Failure to provide sufficient notice or "no-shows" will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.​

4. Final Payment

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work on the day of your appointment. We accept Bank Transfer & Cash.
